  高校卒業後から続けてきたパティシェの道を離れ、レインズインターナショナルで西山に出会ったのが1999年。まだ無名だった頃の牛角店長,トレーナーに始まり、商品開発、調達・物流、マーケティング、人事とフランチャイズの本部機能を整備しつつ、マルチプレイヤーとしての経験を積み重ねた。 2001年新規事業の開発責任者として土間土間をヒットさせ、2002年店長時代から僅か2年余りで取締役に就任。その後、一号店開発から2年4ヶ月で100店舗出店というスピードで成長した土間土間は居酒屋業界に大きな風穴を開け、2004年 常務取締役に昇格。 その後 2004年M&Aによりグループ入りしたampmジャパンに専務取締役COO、2006年代表取締役として赴き、顧客視点に重きを置いた社内改革、人材育成を中心に商品力強化と店舗サービス強化を行う。 2007年MBOを機にレインズインターナショナルに戻り、専務取締役として、しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜事業を300店規模まで成長させつつ、主にマーケティングセクションを管掌し、BSEやリーマンショックからの立て直しを計る。 2012年 創業者西山の退任後、レインズインターナショナル代表取締役社長に就任。カリスマ経営者を失った1200店の組織を率いて、理念経営を引き継ぎ推進力を失う事なくレインズの再成長を実現した。 2016年 新たなる外食の価値を再び西山と共に創ると共に、これまでの数えきれない挑戦により得た知識と経験を次世代に繋ぎ、多くの素晴らしい経営者を生み出す事で、日本の外食をより豊かなものに、という志を持ち、ダイニングイノベーション代表取締役社長に就任。

  2006年株式会社レックス　ホールディングス　経営企画部に入社し、MBOの財務担当として実務に携わり、MBO完了後にはCFOとして約1,000億円のMBOローンを背負った事業再生に従事。 主にグループ全体の事業計画策定、経営・業績・資金管理指標の設計及び運用体制の構築、連結納税導入、決算・監査対応を中心に従事し、株主・金融機関との調整をはかりながらM&Aも担当。 2009年　ampmの事業譲渡、2011年成城石井の株式譲渡の際は、税務メリットのスキーム設計にも携わり、売却価値最大化をはかってクロージング。 その後2012年レインズインターナショナルの株式譲渡の完了により、MBOローンの返済を完了させたことをもって辞任し、ダイニングイノベーションで新たなステージに入った。

  日本法人レインズインターナショナルの経営理念「感動創造」をレインズUSAでも浸透させ、ホスピタリティを重視した店舗運営を行い、卓越したオペレーション及び継続的な改善を繰り返す組織集団を築く。
  店舗モデルも、特定の料理人に依存しない日本牛角モデルを取り入れ、キッチン面積、調理コスト、廃棄ロス（1%未満）、労働コスト及び食材コストの低減を確立し、平均店舗当たりEBITDAマージンは20%を優に過す高水準へと確立させる。
  マーケテイングに関しても、ハワイではすぐに火が付いたものの、米国本土では夏に屋外でBBQをする習慣はあるが室内でBBQをする文化がなく、なかなか受け入れられない時期があったが、ネーミングを”Japanese BBQ ”と変更し、アメリカ人好みに合わせた味付けや肉の切り方、またバラエティー豊富なメニューを取り入れるなど、試行錯誤を重ね、今ではアメリカ人に日本食の代名詞を訪ねると「寿司、天ぷら、牛角」と言わせるほどまでに浸透させた。
  また2008年のリーマンショックの際には、従来メイン顧客層であったビジネスマンや家族連れから、リーマンショック前後でもお財布事情に変化の少ない若者や学生にターゲットを絞り、平均単価を10ドル下げ、夜9時以降は半額にするなどターゲットに絞った戦略を徹底し、それから若者からの指示が一気に広がり、米国牛角の急成長が始まる。
  その後数々の賞を受賞し、また多くのメディアに取り上げられる人気ブランドとして確立させる。
  2011年にはフランチャイズ第1号店を開店して以来、良質なフランチャイジズネットワークの構築、維持及び拡大をさせるため、フランチャイジーオーナーや従業員と共に社員総会を開催し、各店舗の業績指標の公表と称賛、業績改善施策の共有等を行い、US牛角チーム一体となり企業文化、連携、フランチャイジー同士の健全な競争を推進し、2016年には22店舗までフランチャイズ店を拡大させる。（2016年10月末店舗数　直営20店　FC22店）
