"TsuruTonTan UDON NOODLE Brasserie" opened in New York (Manhattan) on 08/29/2016.
This will be the 1st overseas restaurant specializing in Udon, ”Mensho kokoro tukushi Turu Ton Tan" that revolves around Osaka and Tokyo cuisine as a project through the business alliance of the Kato Pleasure Group (CEO Tomoyasu Kato, Shibuya, Tokyo) that engages in a wide range of businesses including hotels, restaurants, ryokans, public resorts, spas, and other entertainment, and Dinning Innovation Group (CEO Tomoyoshi Nishiyama, Headquarters in Singapore and Tokyo) which has developed 108 restaurants proudly displaying Japanese food culture such as Yakiniku, Shabu Shabu and Yakitori in 8 countries (Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, Korea and England. Also USA, Philipines and Taiwan in 2016) after 3 and half years since the founding of the company.
We will provide our existing menu and also a menu customized for New York City.
