We have an opening for a full-time executive chef’s candidate position at TsuruTonTan UDON NOODLE Brasserie in Manhattan due to our business expansion.
With a growing popularity of Japanese cuisine, New York City’s first store of a high-grade “TsuruTonTan” UDON NOODLE brasserie has had the call. Therefore, we are looking for an executive chef’s candidate for expanding our business.
・Assigns duties to associates for efficient operation and management of the kitchen.
・Assumes responsible work for further development of Japanese cuisine, while keeling the high-grade Japan’s “TuruTonTan” Udon brand.
・Performs as Japanese chef skills.
・At least 5 years of experience in a related field
(A period of part-time employment acceptable)
・Knowledge of casual English conversation (preferably)
